Model S 75D

Ph3n1x started out as a 70D. She is Tesla Red, Dual Motor, All Glass Roof with Sun Roof. We added the Cold Weather Package because we live in Buffalo. Everything else is standard. We received an email Feb of 2017 stating that it would only be $500 to upgrade our battery to 75Kwh. Orginially it was $3000. We took this an ran with it! 

Purchase Story

My wife and I first saw a Model S in California while on vacaction. We were in a mall and I saw this minimalistic Tesla Store. I had no idea what it was. Walked in and sat in the car. I was hooked. Then I saw the price and was like I am going to have to save and work two jobs to get it. Lol. Model 3 news came out and we put a $1000 down payment for one.But I couldn’t wait and test drove a Model S in toronto (Lawrence Ave). I wanted the S so much.  Bad News came, my little brother had passed away in Az. That prompted me to look at life differently, we took money we had saved for other projects on our house and  bought the Model S and drove it to Sedona, Az to pay my final respects to my little brother. 


How’d we come up with PH3N1X?

We love Harry Potter. The type of Bird Dumbledore had was a Phoenix. I am also from Phoenix, Az. License plates can only have 6 characters so PH3N1X was born.

Trips with PH3N1X

Delivery in Mt. Kisco, NY

We live in Buffalo, NY. My wife was afraid the car would run out of battery. So instead of having it delivered to our house. We decided to have it delivered in Mt. Kisco. 4 Super Chargers and we were in Buffalo. Was a really nice starter trip.

Trip to Sedona, Az

My little brother Cory Bell, lived in Flagstaff, AZ. So when I heard the news that he had passed away, I decided to drive Ph3n1x to clear my mind and deal with what happened. We stayes in Sedona, Az. Was an amazing trip in a Model S. Sucked that my Little brother died. Miss my little bro.

Trip to Florida (Orlando)

We bought into a Time Share (I know don’t do it) We went with diamond resorts international. We had our Intro meeting with them in Orlando. We decided to drive the Model S to it. Another awesome drive, but I under estimated the drive time to our first stop, Savannah, GA. It literally took us 24hrs of driving and charging to get there. Wifey and her parents were not happy. No video on this one guys sorry.

Trip to Delaware

We took my Daughter to her Field Hockey tourney in Delaware. My Father-in-Law, Me and my Daughter. Again always a beautiful drive. No Video on this one, I was just enjoying our car.

Trip to Richmond, VA

My Wife, and 2 daughters took a drive to Virginia for another tourney. Recommend this drive the chargers are on point along the way. No Video.

Trip to Chicago, IL

We drove up to Chicago on business. I had a Florist the we had to visit to fix their network. We have a bunch of Live Videos and a Chicago video coming soon. Chicago traffic isn’t nothing with Auto Pilot.
